Altecnic, the UK's leading supplier of hydronic solutions and part of the Caleffi Group, will be hosting a free CIBSE accredited CPD day at the Building Centre, London, on Tuesday, 19th November 2024. Following a successful inaugural event last year, this year’s event offers another opportunity for industry professionals to expand their knowledge and expertise in modern heating and plumbing systems.
The event schedule will run as follows:
- 09:00 – 09:30: Registration with refreshments
- 09:30 – 10:30: Modern Solutions for Domestic Water Services
- 11:00 – 12:00: The Role of Balancing in Efficient System Design
- 12:00 – 13:00: Light Lunch & Networking
- 13:00 – 14:00: Dirt & Air in Commercial Systems
- 14:30 – 15:30: System Design for Efficiency Using Electronic HIUs
This free CPD day is designed to equip engineers, specifiers, and contractors with the latest insights in plumbing and heating and promises to deliver valuable information that can directly contribute to more efficient and effective systems.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from two of Altecnic’s experts:
Josh Collins, Heat Networks Manager, and Ed Morris, Technical Manager, both of whom are CIBSE-certified Heat Networks Consultants with over 35 years of experience between them.
The event takes place at the Building Centre, a renowned industry hub which has been at the heart of the built environment since 1931, showcasing new products and industry innovations. Conveniently located on Store Street, a short walk from Euston Station and easily accessible via the Elizabeth and Northern Lines, the venue is an ideal place for a day of learning, networking, and exploring the latest advancements in engineering and construction.
