Following an incredible few weeks of Regional Heats across the UK, HIP is thrilled to officially announce the six outstanding finalists heading to the Grand Final of the prestigious HIP Female Skills Competition 2025! These talented plumbing and heating learners showcased their skills in a live practical test - designed by the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering (CIPHE) CIPHE - and rose to the top in their regions.

The 2025 Finalists are:

Ashleigh Johnson - Gower College Swansea

Georgia Popham-Roberts - Cornwall College, St Austell

Gracie-Anne Mason-Edwards - South and City College, Birmingham

Jessica Buck - City College Norwich

Keira Pybus - UHI Moray

The standard of work at each heat was outstanding, and all competitors should be incredibly proud of their achievements. The skill, dedication, and confidence on display have set the bar high for this year’s final.
